Practicing yoga during pregnancy is one of the best ways to keep your body feeling good and your mind and emotions in balance. Each trimester, we will spend time focusing on poses that support your body and help you get ready for delivery. Don’t worry if you have never done yoga before, I tailor my teaching to include everyone no matter what fitness level they are. Postpartum yoga offers a chance to stretch out tension holding muscles, while having your baby there with you. Yoga is offered in your home or mine, when applicable.
